IVM operates a national network of over 140 approved car & light commercial repairers who have been carefully selected and are strategically placed across the UK. Our repairers have a combination of insurance company or motor manufacturer approvals and have either obtained or are working towards BSi Kitemark PAS 125. Repairers are regularly audited against our strict quality controls and are constantly monitored and measured against a number of criteria

• Customer satisfaction score
• Capacity and ability to repair certain vehicle types
• Average repair / invoice costs
• Vehicle off road management
• Accuracy of estimate & image quality

By utilising IVM's intelligent 'task driven' IT system we proactively identify on a case by case, day by day basis which repairs are within service level and those that are due to fall outside and take appropriate action
